Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about commercial activity of the export & import, Customs, Bonds, Bank documents preparation & submission etc.
∎ Prepare Customs Audit file & conduct Customs Audit. Yearly audit, additional entitlement, HS code added matter have vast knowledge.
∎ Prepare custom book entry as per import, export.
∎ Responsible for customs bond license, renewal and bond limit (one time / yearly) as per company requirement.
∎ Familiar with custom rules, import policies, & SROs and import related web portals.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import documentation i.e. Maintain liaison with BEPZA, customs, C&F and other related Government officials.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank. Follow up the Shipment status as per plan.Corresponding with different customer export department.
∎ Responsible for overall functions of Commercial Department. Has to perform in all kinds of legal activities for BOND, Customs & Licensing.
∎ Dealing and processing all kinds' documents for the import & Export.
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation with parties, payment realization etc.) through overseas over phone and e-mail.
∎ To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in EPZ area. Must be know BEPZA rules & All commercial activities.
∎ Should have practical experience on facing different types of audits.
∎ Should be honest, smart with having good morality. Must be know very well English.
