Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role profile consists of major functions related to leading and monitoring the functions of Human Capital, Administration and Compliance.
∎ Human Capital Management: Recruitment & ATS, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Strategic Total Reward Management, HRMS, Succession Planning, Strategic HR Management.
∎ Compliance: Leading and supervising Higg vFEM, C-TPAT, Sedex, Energy Audits.
∎ Administration: Monitoring and guiding factory administrative functions including OHS, Medical Services, Transport, Canteen, Housekeeping and relevant functions.
∎ Maintaining relevant stakeholder relations including both internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 46 years
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 120000 (Monthly)
