Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for administrative works and coordinate with departmental heads properly.
∎ Planning, developing, updating, and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of administration.
∎ Develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling, and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
∎ Responsible for a safe and safety works environment for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safe and safe work practices and improving safety performance.
∎ To develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of admin, HR, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance issues.
∎ The SOPS, Policies, and HR Strategies and drive the organizational development process.
∎ Preparation of floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
∎ Maintain liaison with local audit team & third-party auditors, know their contact phone numbers, and maintain rapport.
∎ To monitoring, evaluating, and developing operation budgets relating to administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operations in a cost-effective manner.
∎ To ensure administrative supports that are related to on-time demand
∎ To monitor & supervise the overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and delicately.
∎ To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance, and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt. /Private) agencies like Breeders Association of Bangladesh, compliance auditors, fire & civil department, environment office, local influences etc.
∎ Should co-ordinate with various outside agencies including government, local, and labor authorities to run the company smoothly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as HR Manager People-oriented and results-drivenKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of Labor law, Regulatory Affairs, and HR best practices
