Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct sales call and visit to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops, outlets to meet primary & secondary sales target. Building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders.
∎ Managing distributors and sub-distributors in assigned territory. Having clear understanding of primary and secondary sales.
∎ POSM Execution.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
∎ Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to supervisor.
∎ Ensure & strict adherence to SFKPIs.
∎ Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, their benefits, usage, etc.
∎ Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
∎ Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
∎ Required Skills & Qualifications
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 1/5 years’ sales experience in a MNC or renowned company.
∎ Educational Qualification:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
∎ A Masters degree in business administration will be an added qualification for the post of Territory Manager, but not mandatory.
