Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM PGDHRM will be given preferred.

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To prepare HR related plan and execute the plan for the development of companies human resources.
∎ The human resource manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function.
∎ This position manages all employees of the organization and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within individual departments and divisional companies within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good experience in work with any Group of Industries.
∎ Must have the capability to assist his Management/
∎ Preparing all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
∎ Leaves and Attendance Management.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
∎ Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counseling Managers on candidate selections; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
∎ Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientations and training programs.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Planning, receiving and forecasting of human resources requirements and prepare job profile.
∎ The applicants should have commensurate experience in HR, Administration, Office Management. Paper add for career opportunity.
∎ After the recruitment all paper collect from the employee & original paper cheek.
∎ All employee Uniform, Name Plate, ID Card making.
∎ Uniform cheek distribute & register maintain.
∎ ID Card information software input.
∎ Roster set up in software & roster change.
∎ Employee position up gradation letter issue.
∎ Present salary status input on the letter incremental period & file maintain.
∎ When a employee take leave, input the status on their letter for approval on leave period & file maintain.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in following area.
∎ More experience applicant with (Super Shop) will get privilege.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both in Bangla and English.
