Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Assistance:

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with any product-related inquiries.

  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

  • Assist customers with locating items, explaining store layouts, and providing information about promotions or discounts.

  • Ensure customers receive quick and efficient assistance, creating a positive store environment.

Handling Customer Complaints:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor or Store Manager when necessary.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and the customer is satisfied.

Product Knowledge and Store Policies:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of store products, services, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.

  • Ensure that all product information and promotional materials are clearly communicated to customers.

  • Educate customers about store loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers.

Store Environment Maintenance:

  • Keep the customer service desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Ensure promotional signage, flyers, and informational materials are up to date and visible.

  • Support store-wide cleanliness and organization by assisting with tidying up the sales floor as needed.
