Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Assist customers with locating items, explaining store layouts, and providing information about promotions or discounts.
Ensure customers receive quick and efficient assistance, creating a positive store environment.
Handling Customer Complaints:
Address and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor or Store Manager when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and the customer is satisfied.
Product Knowledge and Store Policies:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of store products, services, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.
Ensure that all product information and promotional materials are clearly communicated to customers.
Educate customers about store loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers.
Store Environment Maintenance:
Keep the customer service desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Ensure promotional signage, flyers, and informational materials are up to date and visible.
Support store-wide cleanliness and organization by assisting with tidying up the sales floor as needed.
