Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure to hire the right candidate.
∎ Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices
∎ Plan on improving and monitoring HR team productivity
∎ Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
∎ Identify competency gap and implement talent development guideline
∎ Plan and execute training module for development of Lafz members. Conduct planned soft skill enhancement program as per individual requirement
∎ Consult with line management and provide HR guidance on developing culture and efficiency
∎ Initiate change management strategy to bring effective changes in leadership abilities at all levels of executives.
∎ Conduct exit/stay interviews for employees at any levels
∎ Plan, prepare and conduct Management Trainee Program with optimum efficiency
∎ Manage succession planning of all departments
∎ Develop and incorporate practical oriented strong performance management system through implementation of KPI
∎ Streamline HR operations with Analytics for effective decision making throughout the Company.
∎ Identify and implement Labor Law of Bangladesh as and when required.
∎ Improve attendance, data and Leave management system.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly Priority Matrix, Action Plan and monitor progress as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years in HRD
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
