Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD & HRMC will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR & Admin
∎ Implement HR practices in organization and counsel and/ or motivate employees to adapt new practices
∎ Handle Recruitment, Selection & Placement related all activities.
∎ Should have the knowledge of drafting various official documents, letters and memos.
∎ Maintaining personal file, service records, separation process of every employee.
∎ To maintain the procedure of disciplinary action.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintain efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment
∎ Coordinate with the functional heads for appropriate implementation of HR policies.
∎ Maintain and submit reports, documents related to human resources development issues. Identify &
∎ Ensure to organize awareness or development training as per requirement.
∎ Develop and update compensation and benefits structure of the company and undertake all related activities as per Policy.
∎ Implement the compliance policy and procedure and sustain the code of ethics throughout the company
∎ Implement and monitor company admin, security and other policies as appropriate and develop those further.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Good computer skill, highly proactive, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Microsoft Office Applications, Strong knowledge on HR Operations Business Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Engagements, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection
∎ Very Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 & Amendments.
∎ Excellent Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Visio & Excel)
∎ Experience with latest information technologies and best practices
∎ Proactive, Good team player, well-organized and detail-oriented

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
