Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan for the Group.
∎ Lead, develop and effectively manage a team of internal auditors.
∎ Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
∎ Monitor & ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for risk management and process improvement.
∎ Prepare audit reports and present findings to key stakeholders.

∎ Job Description:
∎ As the Head of Internal Audit, you will be accountable for audit functions across all subsidiaries within the Group. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with external & internal requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and enhancing internal controls.
