Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good experience of working in Textile Woven industries (Air jet loom, Yarn dying & Finishing).
∎ Must have verse knowledge on Labor Law, Environment Law, BNBC Code, NFPA Code and other required local laws to ensure the Buyer and Factory Safety requirements.
∎ Capable to handle all sorts of COC, Environment, Safety, BSCI, Better Work/ILO, ISO-EMS & QMS, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, Fair-trade, Oeko-tex audits/auditors independently.
∎ Keep update all policy, procedures, documents, reports, checklist etc to face the audits efficiently.
∎ Must have good communication skill and capable to prepare CAP as per buyers/Auditors requirements.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
∎ Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program. counseling managers on candidate selections; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
∎ Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientations and training programs.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Planning, receiving and forecasting of human resources requirements and prepare job profile.
∎ The applicants should have commensurate experience in Administration, Office Management, and HR & Compliance in the Textile Industry and/or Garment Industry.
∎ Should be self motivated, motivational capacity, creative and good inter-personnel relationship capacity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate skills in Computer Application including Attendance & Payroll software and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
Salary: Negotiable
