Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Human Resources Management Related:
∎ • Planned to ensure appropriate recruitment & selection of employees and taking action to hire talent and qualified/competent persons in required position for the company.
∎ • Ensure HR Policies and procedures at workplace implementation properly.
∎ • Making appropriate job description & job Specification for various positions for all levels with consulting plant in-charge and head of HR.
∎ • Guide to make the SOP for all departments and set KPA for KPI, s in future.
∎ • Monitoring the payroll activities, HRIS and attendance software very efficiently.
∎ • Monitor employee orientation, counseling, motivation and regular training process and program.
∎ • Maintain Performance Evaluation Process yearly, Quarterly and any special requirements for promotion or increments according to company policy and guideline.
∎ • Managing employee's emotions very soft and tactfully.
∎ • Settings effective industrial relations between workers and management at the factory.
∎ • Create and design organizational development strategies like, policy, procedures, culture, integrity, work environment, strong inter personal relationship well being for the company.
∎ • Handling employee grievances, disciplinary measures. Conflict, and other relevant issues independently.
∎ • Conducing training on Fire Safety, Health & Safety, labour law, and PPE.
∎ • Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
∎ • Assist line manager in processing confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, contract renewal, final settlement and other related services to management and non-management staff.
∎ • Monitoring and managing all personnel files ensuring up-to-date records of all employees in company database (both in software and log books) including attendance & leave records etc.
∎ • Labour Law and Labor rules Proficiency: Strong knowledge on Labour laws 2006 ( Amendment-2013 and2018) labor rules-2015, Environmental laws 1997 & 1999, Structural , Fire, Electrical, Mechanical, Boiler & Generator chapters from Bangladesh

∎ • Sound knowledge in BLL-2006 (Amendment 2013& 2018) RMG Minimum Wages gazette -2018, Environmental laws, Fire act, Safety Laws and Accord, Alliance guideline.
∎ • Understanding NFPA.
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ • Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla ( MS Word & Excel).
∎ • Good Knowledge in Power point and Software (HRIS & Kormee).
∎ • Training knowledge given and taken on HR & Compliance.
∎ • Good Physical Strength for hard works with fitness.
