Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide proactive and effective HR support to the stakeholders, including coaching, counseling, conflict resolu- tion, and policy interpretation
∎ Designing, implementing, and managing HR processes and policies, such as recruitment, onboarding, perfor- mance management, benefits administration, succession planning, and employee development
∎ Provide support to the HR operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services including leave management, renewals, final settlement, and project operations
∎ Develop and conduct analyses to make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits (C&B) process
∎ Ensure that the process and systems related to the C&B area meet the University's growth strategies and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations. Perform salary review based on market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness to attract and retain competent employees salary structures review to drive the desired organiza- tional behavior and high-performance culture
∎ Participate in compensation and benefit processes including appraisals to support salary increases, promotions and bonus payments. Implement budget, staff benefits programs, annual insurance renewals and medical benefits • Collaborate with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational development initiatives, such as change management, culture transformation, and diversity and inclusion
∎ Stay abreast of HR trends, laws, regulations, and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR services
∎ Assist finance, legal, and other pertinent departments or units in ensuring that HR data and records are accurate and compliant

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development
∎ Experience of analyze and interpret data, develop creative solutions, and work in diversity group and opportuni- ties for improvement
∎ Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems when necessary
∎ Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and industry standards
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
