∎ The intimates of Comilla Spinning Mills Ltd. (CSML) who had firsthand experience in different spinning mills owned by them in the past in Bangladesh, set up CSML with a vision to feed the domestic market only. CSML began its operation in the year 1996. It is located at the Village: Gokshur, Burichong, Dist: Comilla, 105km away from the capital city, Dhaka.
∎ After heading with the same vision till the end of 2000, in response to RMG sector`s increasing demand in the domestic backward linkage Industry (as the government of Bangladesh introduced the cash incentive scheme among the RMG exporters), the owners of the CSML installed an auto-coner section for better quality of their product. This led them to be 100% export-oriented yarn producer in the country that facilitated them to receive continuous supply orders from export-oriented RMG industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location - Dhaka (Would require frequent visit to factory located at Comilla)
∎ Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, strategies, and guidelines for compliance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementation aligned with the organizational goals
∎ Managing general HR functions such as recruitment, staffing, induction, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, etc. as per company policy
∎ Coordinate and conduct proper manpower planning, job analysis & prepare job description of employees at different levels as per company policy
∎ Develop and execute the training and development strategy based on Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in the organization as per requirement of department head.
∎ Familiar with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring a structured process in the organization
∎ Lead the interview and selection process of the company and ensure that all the recruitment is based on organogram, Job description, and Job specifications
∎ Initiate, monitor, and review annual performance appraisal or evaluation of employees in the organization and ensuring a structured performance appraisal system in the organization
∎ Managing, monitoring and implementing proper functional activities of health & safety systems in the organization.
∎ Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, proper employee services, and counseling;
∎ Managing and ensuring a structured organizational grievance system and proper implementations of disciplinary procedures and actions as per laws and regulations.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Must have excellent communication skills both English and Bengali.
∎ Must have knowledge in the digitalization.
∎ Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Power Point etc.)
∎ Must have reporting skill on time to time.
