Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA in HR from reputed public/private university. PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage recruitment, selection and placement of staffs in factory.
∎ Organize training programs to increase efficiency of the employees.
∎ Monitor daily attendance, leave management & ensure proper salary administration.
∎ Implement & follow-up KPI based performance management system for all officers, staff and workers.
∎ Address disciplinary issues and take proper measures as per applicable law of the country.
∎ Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievance management effectively.
∎ Ensure harmony in relationship between management and staffs & workers.
∎ Draft office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Monitor and track manpower requirements for different departments and ensure on-time placement.
∎ Ensure compliance, local labor laws, and regulations in organizational practice.
∎ Develop different policies, procedures to expedite project works under changing circumstances.
∎ Monito vehicle-related works like schedule maintenance, registration & fitness etc.
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in related function in a reputed manufacturing company at factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on labor law.
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Excel & MS word.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with good commend in English.
∎ Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
