Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge of modern HR concept, well conversant HR Planning & Budgeting.
∎ Manage an efficient and effective HR management system is in place to support all the employees of the organization & ensure their well being.
∎ Ensure Compensation & Benefits management of factory
∎ Responsible for all employees performance appraisal process
∎ Look after general office administrative activities. Supervision and control of duties and responsibilities of support staffs (HR & Admin dept.)
∎ Handling company vehicle's all activities. Maintain delivery schedule of finished goods, wastage and raw materials unloading
∎ Plan and conduct new employees orientation and employees development plan
∎ KPI set and run it successfully (All categories employees)
∎ Follow up employees (Officer, Staff & Workers) attendance (Presence, Leave,& absent)
∎ Capable to apply workers hire technique and ensure always workers are available. Ensure manpower as per existing set up, analyze manpower set up and recommendation its validity/logic.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor laws (with latest amendment)
∎ Maintain/Reserve all kinds of official records (Including contracts, agreements, policies etc)
∎ Responsible & be prepare for factory audit with proper documentations (all kinds of factory certificate & license renewal purpose issues of HR, Admin & Compliance)
∎ Knowledge of organizational behavior, process improvement, succession planning etc
∎ Checking and signing factory's all kinds of bill/vouchers/expenses
∎ Workers counseling, motivation and grievance handling
∎ House Keeping & employees accommodations maintain
∎ The position will responsible for overseeing/handling/look after/maintaining all matters of factory
∎ Carry out any other tasks which assigned by the management authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard working, dedicated and able to perform independently and willing to work in a team environment
∎ The aspirant must possess effective communication & motivational skills, be a hand-on decision maker with a dynamic approach
∎ Good analytical and prompt decision making capability. Report writing skills.
∎ Candidate Should have good negotiable skill, honesty, punctual, hard working, proactive and self-driven
∎ Should be hardworking and possess a can do attitude and ability to work efficiency in a team
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS office, power point, mail, internet, HR ERP software etc.
∎ Candidate should be working experience in Spinning Mills (Factory)
