Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a "Manager- HR & Admin" for the factory of Shoe Master Footwear Ltd. which is situated at Kuliarchar, Kishoreganj.
∎ We need a HR personal who can lead and carry out all the tasks of Human Resources that includes talent management, Payroll, succession planning, administration, performance management, learning and development and others as needed to accomplish objectives in-line with the organizational vision.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developed, updated and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures.
∎ Responsible for manpower planning & attracting, compensation management, performance management, organization development, staff development, HR Database Management, procurement.
∎ Good experiences of recruitment understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiation candidates.
∎ Monitoring, evaluating, and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, compliance and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors.
∎ Handled employee grievances & disciplinary procedures and minimized gap & conflicts in an effective way.
∎ Coordinated with Management and Department Heads in setting and implementing strategies and working environment.
∎ Develop work environment to enhance the performance, ensure respectful environment, employee rights in line with business goal.
∎ Ensure compliance through timely renewal of all documents and licenses related to government bodies and other institutions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Leadership & Team-building ability
∎ General HR, HR Operations, Payroll
∎ Must have the technical knowhow (ERP, Payroll, Email, Google, MS word, Xl, PPT Etc.)
∎ Must have good communication and writing skills
