Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/ M.com/ Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in Admin, HR & Compliance of Garments & Textile Sector.
∎ PGDHRM will be added an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
4 to 5 years in the relevant position, Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after all HR & Compliance affairs of factory.
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Management, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Buyers COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Prepare job description of employees and performance monitoring.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Compliance, Health, Safety & Fire, Security, Welfare, Labor Counseling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Strong ability to lead the team.
∎ Ability to face the any kinds of Safety audit.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law,BNBC Code, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and other related regulatory laws;
∎ Knowledge of different compliance standards and Buyers' COCs;
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office package;
