∎ Candidates having experience in large local Corporate or Multinational Companies will be preferred
∎ The position may be higher than “Manager” for the really deserving candidates

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ HR, Admin & Compliance related overall responsibilitiesMaintain employment law, compliance, safety and security, employee relations and performance management.
∎ Maintain all the factory and depot documents for facing different audits and visit of relevant government/non-government institutions.
∎ Implement compliance according to Labor Law & rules. Regular review & corrective actions. Be compliant regarding documentation, certificates & licenses.
∎ Coordinate between different stakeholders including audit firm & various government and non-government authorities.
∎ Monitor Health -Hygiene, safety/security of the factory & corrective actions.
∎ Liaison with Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, UP office, LGED, Police Station, etc.
∎ Should be capable of training personnel on various employee compliance issues like: work safety, fire fighting and work disciplinaries.
∎ Manage all general HR practices strongly such as recruitment, staffing, prepare payroll, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration, termination & separation etc.
∎ Check all data, records, formats, files, books & registers of all departments to see whether these are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirements.
∎ Prepare HRIS report as per group requirement.
∎ All kinds of disciplinary action procedure.
∎ Monthly HR & Admin related report for EMCInsurance related all matters.
∎ Transport Management & related all jobsCompany regulatory documents update related all matters.
∎ Arrange and conduct company AGM related all matters.
∎ Develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Yearly & Quarterly KPI related all matters.
∎ Prepare periodical analytical reports based on performance shift of the organization, workload analysis, departmental KPI achievement etc.
∎ Evaluate training needs and manage training programs to build a competent workforce.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
