Responsibilities & Context:

Core Responsibilities:

Driving Sales Performance

    • Formulate and execute strategies to consistently achieve sales and revenue objectives.
    • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews to ensure realistic and achievable targets.
    • Explore untapped markets and new opportunities for sustainable business expansion.

Leadership & Team Enablement

    • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales force to deliver on daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
    • Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and performance feedback to build a capable and motivated team.
    • Establish a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.

Market & Client Engagement

    • Supervise credit management and ensure effective receivables collection.
    • Build strong customer and distributor partnerships through timely support and problem resolution.
    • Conduct structured field visits to priority distributors, outlets, and high-potential customers to nurture relationships.

Brand & Marketing Initiatives

    • Strengthen brand equity by implementing impactful marketing and visibility campaigns.
    • Monitor market dynamics, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to fine-tune business strategies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out promotions, launches, and channel development activities.

Operations & Distribution Management

    • Guarantee uninterrupted product availability by streamlining supply and distribution channels.
    • Drive outlet development and retail expansion to maximize reach and market penetration.
    • Ensure operational alignment with corporate goals and industry best practices.
