Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Planning, organizing and implementing all Administrative, HR and compliance related issues systematically
- Provide day to day administrative and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, housekeeping, transport, catering, construction, office maintenance.
- Be fully conversant about the compliance issues of renowned international buyers like Primark, C&A, H&M, Next, Aldi, Inditex etc and face buyers as well as third party compliance audit.
- Responsible for all social, environmental, security and technical compliance certificates/audit like BSCI, SEDEX, Better Work, SLCP (Better Work), Higg FSLM, OCS, GOTS, GRS, RCS, SRCCS, OEKO-TEX (Standard 100, Organic, Step), CTPAT, BEPI, Higg FEM, GTW 2.1 & CFW, REGENAGR, different projects etc.
- Responsible for preparing CAP of all social compliance audit reports and RSC inspection reports and communicating with the buyers and others.
- Lead, coordinate, and support all activities of Social/Environmental compliance audit and RSC inspection.
- Oversee environment, chemical and social compliance and ETP operation.
- Ensuring safety and security of properties, personnel and control pilferage and wastage of all nature in co-ordination with the concerned departments and update management without delay.
- Maintain discipline of the workforce irrespective of the ranks and status.
- Managing all HR and administrative issues concerning various personnel including staff and workers.
- Maintain liaison with local, civil administration and maintain public relations with local elites about the matters related to factory operation.
- Need to have strong negotiation skills in company's administrative issues with Govt. offices, local bodies and any other important parties.
- Capable of preparing documents, writing reports, communicating with local and external agencies independently.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the factory’s operational needs.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and ensure proper documentation of all employee records.
- Ensure accurate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and maintain coordination with Head of HR.
- Oversee performance evaluation process and support employee development and training initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary issues in line with labor laws.
- Monitor workplace safety, hygiene, security, and ensure fire safety standards are followed strictly.
- Any other job as assigned by the management.
