∎ Applicant must have MBA/ Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in Compliance of Garments & Textile Sector.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to manage HR, Admin & Compliance issues of the Knit Garments factory.
∎ Implement Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conduct.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Must be able to prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, Better Work, Accord, OEKO-Tex, GOTS, social / ethical / environmental / technical / and other certifications.
∎ Be able to ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ Capable to monitor training and awareness on regular basis.
∎ Must be able to communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must not be over 40 years.
∎ At least 7 year(s) in 100% export oriented Knit Garments factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ HR, Admin and compliance, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management.
