Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute overall work of the HR department in line with policy guidelines.
∎ Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
∎ Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
∎ Train and supervise recruiters in correct company processes
∎ To look into workers and employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of wages and salaries
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in head office and factory.
∎ To look into compliance issues and others as per the labor law and to assist in disciplining employees in line with existing labor laws & company policy.
∎ To assist in issues relevant to Payroll, HRIS and update leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR & Admin policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation within the company.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
∎ Administer the transport management system.
∎ Update all licenses, certificates. Follow up hygienic issues.
∎ Organize training and development as per company policy and procedure.
∎ Follow 5s to maintain bright housekeeping and cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 to 8 year(s) relevant field experience is preferred.
