Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating recruitment process.
∎ Direct, regulate, and control the administration department.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR policies & Procedures to support the company's business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ Ensuring all staff receives appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitoring probationary periods.
∎ Preparing and updating organogram, manpower planning, and ensuring all Jobs.
∎ Handle employee terminations, grievances, equity, and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair, and respectful manner.
∎ Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
∎ Prepare salary & wages, allowances, incentives, OT payments & bonuses Assist the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, allowances, leave encashment, incentives, maternity leave benefit payments, festival bonus and leave encashment, full & final settlement bill preparation, etc. as per organizational policy.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ Ensuring proper organization and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative, HR, Admin, and other departments.
∎ Prepare a draft of all notices, circulars, office orders, offer letters &appointment letters, contracts, and agreement meeting schedules & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
∎ Cross-check, verify and ensure physical attendance of Personnel
∎ Maintain, update, and Assist in the implementation of performance.
∎ Perform reference and background checks.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is provided within the first week. Salary increment depends on company policy.
