Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Human resources related Diploma degrees will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General Administration, HR Admin, Labor Law, Policy Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently can run HR & Administrative department independently
∎ Assist to HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development and change management.
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
∎ Execute, monitor and manage HR & Admin related work which includes official corresponding, Arrange Interview & other recruitment processes for new Employees hiring of all departments, Arrange a necessary meeting with all departments for achieving companies goal.
∎ Close liaison and coordination with the factory, Production, Sales, Service and Accounts Department.
∎ Must be able to utilize HRIS Software.
∎ To develop proper job descriptions.
∎ Monitor and finish day to day activities of HR & Admin departments as well other department as all other departments work must be ensure.
∎ To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of companies human resources.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006 as amended upto 2018 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Deal with factory labours in terms of attendance, welfare grievances handling, investigations and other labour related activities as per labour law.
∎ Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
∎ Anyother assignment as per the decision of Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills;
∎ Acceptable leadership, motivation and counseling skill;
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Whats Apps, We Chat & email communication.
∎ Acceptable leadership, motivation and counseling skills;
∎ Strong analytical and accounting ability.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure according to plan and meet deadlines.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory HR & Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
