∎ Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ Graduation/ Masters in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Manage HR day to day issues and update accordingly (Attendance, Leave, Transfer, etc.).
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Ensure legal compliance.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Knowledge of computerised HR systems.
∎ Understanding and practical knowledge on employment law.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ English language proficiency essential.
