Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering with adequate knowledge in GPQ (H&M).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Handle all guideline for production and quality controls system of Fabric.
∎ To run the GPQ team successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implemented in production floor for achieving best quality.
∎ To ensure the shade through reviewing the approval to bulk.
∎ Identify the problems, analyses the root cause and share with production people fix rectification or commercial solution as urgent as urgent basis.
∎ Give technical decision to dyeing finishing for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
∎ Responsible to handle the Buyer representative and try to fulfil their demand as per maintaining the existing product quality.
∎ Learning buyer's QA Manual and proper understanding of worksheet.
∎ To provide technical assistance to all section wherever applicable in order to achieve customer's quality standard.
∎ Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, IE, Quality Assurance & other related department.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Ensure all GPQ staffs are trained on any new procedure/requirements as advised by the customers.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions and compliance requirements at work are maintained.
∎ Ensure buyer code of conducts for Quality Issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Experience in Large Composite Knit Factory.
∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in large Knit Composite industry in GPQ (H&M).
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
