∎ Training/Trade Course: supply Chain,Complience,QMS
∎ Skills Required: 3rd party Inspection face, Commercial

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 to 4 years experience in same position, 8 to 10 years experience in related department, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Fabric Manufacturing, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Buying House

Job Context:
∎ Responding customer`s queries within the proper time frame.
∎ Responding customers in technical issues after discussing with the department heads.
∎ Provide costing to customers within a valid time frame after checking with the department head.
∎ Yarn consumption for each order prior to support production.
∎ Identify and resolve the critical situations in production to ensure better productivity.
∎ Maintaining a good understanding with customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In order to develop new samples, communicating with RnD to attain the required quality/checking feasibility of production.
∎ Developing lab dip and yarn dip based on customer demand.
∎ Developing samples based on customer requirement.
∎ Sending lab dip/yarn dip and samples to the respective customer for final approval.
∎ Prepare to cost based on customer requirements to get the business.
∎ Developing new customers by offering new design/CAD.
∎ Attend meetings with a new customers as well as an existing customers.
∎ Receiving purchase orders (PO) and check whether it meets Shabab requirements in terms of production feasibility, MOQ, price, etc.
∎ Prepare to cost once an order program issued.
∎ Issuing order program, Pro-forma invoice (PI), and packing list.
∎ Once an order program issued, the shipment schedule updated into a month-wise dispatch plan.
∎ Following up on the production/sample/shipment.
∎ Arranging and sending pre-production and production samples to the customer for shipment approval.
∎ Shipment booking to commercial.
∎ Scheduling for an in-line and final inspection.
∎ Updating customer wise master file including PO wise shipped qty break down, sales contract wise shipment value breakdown.
∎ Responding to customer's queries and providing the feedback accordingly.
∎ Daily communicating among various departments like stitching, supply chain, commercial, planning, dyeing, weaving, R&D, and store.
∎ Making of dispatch plan cooperating with weaving, dyeing, and stitching, packing, and supply chain department.
∎ In order to prepare a sales contract cooperating with the Commercial (Export) team by providing PO qty, PO values, shipment date, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years' experience in the Home Textile industry.
∎ Must have knowledge of the UK and Australian home textile market.
∎ Having experience in both factory and foreign liaison off experience.
∎ Experience UK and Australian Customer

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
