We are looking for an experienced and motivated supply chain team member who will be doing strategic sourcing & procurement of Our Dyeing ,Chemical, Dyes , Auxiliaries Accessories, Yarn Dyeing, Textile Machinery, Spare parts, Electrical & Mechanical items purchased related.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with concerned departments in order to purchase & supply Dyeing ,Chemical, Dyes , Auxiliaries Accessories, Yarn Dyeing, Textile Machinery, Spare parts, Electrical & Mechanical items purchased related.
• Collect quotations from various vendor/suppliers.
• Monitor & evaluate supplier's performances in terms of quality & price.
• Work on cost saving initiatives by developing new sources and build long term business relationship to ensure optimum costs & reliable supply.
• Updating vendor database regularly.
• Follow-up delivery of requested materials with supplier in a timely manner. Work on foreign purchase i.e. issue PO, collect PI, issue LC and continuous follow-up to ensure ETD (estimated delivery date) & ETA (estimated arrival date) as per agreed schedule. Work closely with operational teams and set re-order levels and ensure optimum inventory management.
• Work with BP (Business Planning Dept) and relevant operational teams in order to make projections & strategic sourcing plan.
