∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Able to follow-up shipment plan & achieve finishing target & quick balancing finishing lines product wise (Blazer, Trouser, Wasit Coat).
∎ 02. Understand about technical sheet & artwork during Finishing sampling for item - Blazer & Waist Coat.
∎ 03. Increase production with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.
∎ 04. Able to handle inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ 05. Review weekly Shipment schedule & Finishing plan for item - Blazer, Trouser, Wasit Coat.
∎ 06. Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration.
∎ 07. Follow up Hourly production report.
∎ 08. Enhance Finishing efficiency.
∎ 09. Follow up in-line Quality related report.
∎ 10. Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
∎ 11. Follow up department wise goal & achievement.
∎ 12. Should have to perform other finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ 13. Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Work in reputed Suits factory is must.
∎ Technically sound in Formalwear (Blazer, Dress pant, Waist Coat).
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point.
