Garment Factory, Woven garments finishing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time shipment with quality specification /comments
∎ Direct & monitor production staff on daily basis from body receiving from sewing to dispatch in finishing, ensuring targets are achieved and quality similarly achieved. Also includes ensuring all technical specifications, production requirements & delivery dates are met.
∎ Finishing dispatch will be the final figure of production of the day for laundry.
∎ Update production status, Resolve problems as per buyer specifications and planning.
∎ Regularly follow up shipment schedule.
∎ Production follow up of finishing assigned Units.
∎ Conduct the final inspection with quality team.
∎ Maintain compliance requirements and resolve issues.
∎ Organize and utilize manpower capacity to the maximum to ensure that productions target is achieved.
∎ Meet the buyer requirement.
∎ Carry out other related task assigned by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Must have strong leadership, qualities to supervise, lead, guide the large professional team.
∎ Good command in Bengali & English.
