Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required specific knowledge about fabric construction, composition including yarn quality.
∎ The applicant should have the ability to run the total production in terms of dying & finishing of woven, knit & Rotary & Digital printing.
∎ Applicant must have the ability to find new dyeing & finishing techniques for company.
∎ Planning, directing, and coordinating engineering efforts for concern working area.
∎ Analyzing operations to find cost-effective ways of finishing by concentrating on research & development.
∎ Supervise the total team by managing of the finishing department.
∎ Comply with company policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ Prepare and maintain fully engaged as well as talented workforce.
∎ Maintain and enhance quality, safety and client satisfaction.
∎ Train and prepare associates or performance management or succession planning.
∎ Propose, prepare and execute initiatives to enhance profitability.
∎ Ensure to successfully complete and smoothly integrate existing finish stream.
