Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to Finishing Department.
∎ Able to control overall finishing operation as per buyer's demand and handle the inspections with external/internal buying office audits.
∎ Manage the Finishing & Packing team.
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve fixed packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyze individual worker's performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation and provide training to make skilled manpower.
∎ Supervise/monitor machinery to detect malfunction and advise repair or replacement of parts.
∎ Participate in PP meetings to identify the risk of all new wash styles.
∎ Ensure all garments receiving to finishing according to plan.
∎ Make sure there are no unplanned OT due to operations issues.
∎ Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ Develop and execute workflow plans that reflect the demand forecast.
∎ Prepare reconciliation report and maintain good relationship among inter
∎ Candidate should have the Pant/Denim Jacket experience
