Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall Operations & Administration of the Factory
∎ Manage Production Activities & Targets
∎ Achieve Factory Goals & Objectives
∎ Lead, Manage, & Train Factory & Production Manpower
∎ Develop & Monitor Production & Raw-Materials Quality- Control Processes
∎ Ensure Optimum & Consistent Product Quality
∎ Develop effective Mix Designs
∎ Perform Product-Testings and Evaluate Product Performance
∎ Develop range of Product-Cost Options
∎ Source different Variations of Raw Materials with Diligent Screening & Testing.
∎ Develop & Monitor Product-Based Right Production Processes
∎ Improve Operational & Production Efficiency on a
∎ Continuous Basis
∎ Build & Grow the Capacity of the Factory
∎ Evaluate Performance & Report on Progress
∎ Any other relevant tasks as assigned

∎ Minimum 3 - 5 years of practical experience in managerial position in same or similar or associated sectors.
