Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of Fabric.
∎ Maintain the proper trace-ability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock Fabrics.
∎ Receive Fabric from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval.
∎ Follow up styles wise files for the Fabric and deliver to the sample and production department.
∎ Prepare Fabric Delivery guideline for Sewing, Finishing & Quality department.
∎ Prepare Shipment Procedure for Finished Goods.
∎ Monitor unloading to loading of finished goods or materials and ensure that the goods are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Arrange and monitor allocation of all the materials and goods
∎ Monitor & make Inventory Report .
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Monitor safety & Compliance issues of entire store area.
∎ Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
∎ Perform all activities related to the shipment.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement
∎ Any other work to be assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have ability to handle Big size store of Oven Factory.
∎ Must have good knowledge on store software, excel, ms word etc.
∎ Capable to work with team.
∎ Must have good reporting, presentation and communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
