Strong knowledge of fabric properties, testing methods, and quality control processes.
Proven experience in managing quality control teams and working with suppliers.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for fabric production.
Monitor and assess fabric quality throughout the production cycle, from sourcing to final product.
Ensure yarn quality for knitting yarn & approve report according to yarn check.
Follow up online & offline quality control process for control all grey & finished fabric quality in both knitting & dyeing section.
Follow up time to time online QC report & give proper guideline.
By analyzing monthly defect percentage, find out root cause of fabric faults.
According to root cause of fabric faults take preventive action to reduce defect.
Ensure fabric shade & quality according to buyer demand & requirement.
Analyze the problem of re tag fabric from fabric from fabric inspection report.
Ensure trail fabric shade & quality decision.
Working in coordination with Garments QC and External QC team.
Ensure right quality fabric delivery on time.
