Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 8 years

• Experience in textile industry will get preference.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation and preventive maintenance.

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multi-location factory operations.

• Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Oversee electrical operations and maintenance of electrical equipment across all factory units.

• Ensure compliance and relevant electrical safety standards along with proper documentation and upgrade as per requirements (SLD, LPS and layout).

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all electrical equipment.

• Budgeting and forecasting for electrical functions.

• Analyze machine downtime, motor failures, and electrical incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Inventory management of critical and preventive maintenance spares to minimize machine downtime.

• Lead, train, and evaluate electrical maintenance teams.

• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and support production continuity.

• Coordinate with management on technical upgrades and improvement projects.
