Responsibilities & Context:
- Erection and commissioning & maintenance of 20 HI CRM, Continuous Non-Ox Furnace & Radiant Tube Furnace for Continuous Galvanizing Plants, 4HI Skin Pass, 6HI CRM, CGL, Pickling Line, reversible Flat Product Equipment, CR Rewinding & Slitting Lines, Wet Flux Galvanizing Lines, HR Slitting etc.
- He will responsible for checking and maintaining of electric Machine, switchgears, Drives & PLC for different automations, Preventive maintenance of the lines to reduce breakdown time, Constantly evaluate ways to reduce energy consumption, Guiding subordinate staff time to time, Continual improvement by adding extra effort to improve the machine utilization.
