Job Context:
∎ Propose for hiring and trains employees as needed in accordance with company policy.
∎ Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
∎ Handles discipline and propose for termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electrical & Electronic troubleshooting for all machines.
∎ Plan periodical maintenance, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance. Execute and reward.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all major electrical equipment including Generator system.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with production department to support uninterrupted production.
∎ Ensure workable reserve for all items necessary for maintenance and operation.
∎ Capability to electrical design according to the mechanical structure.
∎ Good knowledge on troubleshooting of automatic control system (e.g. PLC, HMI, inverter, servo drive and different electrical & electronic parts).
∎ Should have PLC system programming skill with troubleshooting of PLC System for any ceramic product manufacturing machineries.
∎ Responsible for the end-to end process of the dept i.e. Installations, Commissioning, Erection & Maintenance.
∎ Ensure safety of the people related to the section.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 42 years

∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to prepare operating reports and records.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
