Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and manage of Electrical Sub Station, Generator, Boiler, Air conditioning system, Fire hydrant etc as per approved specifications.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance and operations of all electrical and electronic equipment.
∎ To plan and organize electrical maintenance work of all electrical installations & connections of entire factory premises including all machineries & equipment.
∎ Dealing with the concern authority of REB, DPDC, DESCO, and BPDB for finalization of HT line extension, Demand note issue, meter testing and permanent HT connection etc with entire responsibility.
∎ Ensure solar connection with specified load and arrange inspection by REB/DESCO/DPDC/BPDB authority & making a positive report.
∎ Dealing with Fire Service & Civil Defense Department in connection with Fire clearance certificate.
∎ Sufficient precautionary & safety measures pre & post works/operation of all electro-mechanical equipment & services.
∎ Monitoring the installation, testing and commissioning works of Generator, Boiler, lift, Air Conditioning system, Fire hydrant, Fire alarm, CCTV based security system, Public Announcement system etc.
∎ Develops, recommends, implements and updates standard operating procedures to economize operations in the electrical repair and maintenance works.
∎ Oversee the safety programs, training and cross-training for the electrical team to increase their technical skills and knowledge.
∎ Handle any emergency situation resulting from electrical fault or Power failure by utilizing available manpower & resources in a planned and effective way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries.
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
