Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree, preferably in Education/Social Science/Development Studies or other relevant faculties
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of working experience in a relevant field including 3 years in a management position. Experience in EiE programming will be preferred
∎ Extensive knowledge of project management and budget management, partnership, donor reporting, pedagogy, training, teaching-learning, formal and non-formal education programs, child education Policy
∎ Clear understanding of the Rohingya response situation of the country, education in emergency, technology-based education, formal and non-formal education theories, and practices
∎ Familiarity with diverse education-relevant stakeholder groups, including government education priorities and processes, institutions, and networks
∎ Proven expertise in planning and leading inclusive training and capacity-building activities, particularly for the partner organizations
∎ Sound knowledge of early childhood care and development, primary education, basic education, and inclusive education
∎ Ability to articulate concepts and ideas related to the education field, make presentations and deliver top-notch quality written reports
∎ Excellent communications, training, and capacity-building session facilitation skills
