Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years working experience in implementing skills development project and 5 years project management or project lead experience is essential for this position.
∎ Donor communication and negotiation skills are essential
∎ Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge about gender issue is essential
∎ Clear understanding on demographic dividend, youth empowerment, skills training, gender-based issues, entrepreneurial and competency on people centric program management and leadership is required
∎ Experience in implementing freelancing work in the Information Technology and Business Processing Outsourcing (IT/BPO) sectors as well as RMG and electronics sector of TVET field
∎ The incumbent should have strong capacity to develop curriculum and have good communication skill in internal and external actors
∎ Donor communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role
