Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in ECCD/Education/Social Science. Certificate or diploma in Education or relevant field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will provide support in strategic leadership in project management, capacity building, training, and program implementation, budget management, FD6 preparation, planning, and design for scale-up and introduction of the new interventions. S/he will also initiate and provide support to staff and garment factories in organizing training, workshop, orientation, and other events at the national and local levels. S/He will take the initiative of reviewing/developing teaching-learning materials for age-appropriate ECCD interventions engaging the technical staff of the project. Contribute and provide support to developing Save the Children's ECCD program strategies and approaches.

∎ S/he will be responsible to create liaisons with RMG factories, PVH, BGMEA, and local DPE to scale up and demonstrate a corporate model of ECCD program activities at the local and national levels. S/he will also be responsible for establishing the strategic partnership with RMG factories
∎ S/he will work by maintaining close coordination with Project Director-Education, Senior Officers, SCI-departments, Project team as well.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of working experience with RMG factories on ECCD in national or international NGOs, of which 5 years of experience in management or supervisor positions.
∎ Detail knowledge of Project Management Cycle, ECCD or Child Education Situation of the country
∎ Clear understanding of formal and non-formal education practices and implementation knows how.
