Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. In Textile Engineering/Chemical Engineering from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper communication and coordination with Production & BOND team time to time in order to get BOND entitlement.
∎ To ensure robust monitoring of material consumption (Dyes-Chemicals) against BOND entitlement for each unit and take necessary measures in advance.
∎ To ensure robust Material Requirement Planning (MRP) as per the Bond entitlement and Demand forecasting.
∎ To ensure raising of PR on timely basis considering safety stock, BOND entitlement and BOND formalities for the individual units.
∎ To ensure proper planning and reporting to avoid the regular practice of loan from other units, stock out and purchase from local market.
∎ To ensure proper follow up, communication and co-ordination with Commercial, C&F and Procurement in order to delivery of materials (Dyes-Chemicals) at site OTIF.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years of practical experience in similar role from any large Textile Industry
∎ Must have knowledge on Customs & Bond regulation.
∎ Able to coordinate with multi stakeholders.
∎ Strong knowledge on Accord & Alliance rules & regulations
∎ Proactive, independent and result oriented
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and speaking in English
