Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ •B.Sc in Textile from a reputed University
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: dyeing and printing, Dyeing/ Washing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Finishing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall dyeing related activities of the factory. He will have to ensure optimum dyeing production as per specification with due consideration of quality.
∎ • To check and ensure effective procedure of measuring quality for new/alternative dyes & chemicals and keep monitoring data storing of Lab recipe..
∎ • To analyse work order of different buyers and take decision for appropriate process, parameter & cost effective dyeing recipe.
∎ • To keep close communication with other department like Production, Planning, Lab. QA, R&D, Pre-treatment & Finishing, etc. and strictly follow delivery plan.
∎ • To ensure optimum utilization of machineries, manpower and resources.
∎ • To develop & provide necessary guidelines to the team & factory to ensure quality fabric production as per buyer requirement and to improve overall productivity of the factory.
∎ • To understand, prepare & provide proper guidance in respect of cost calculation and consumption to the team & factory.
