Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Agriculture graduate/Masters in Agriculture at any Agricultural University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for overall strategic and operational goal as seed & Fertilizer business at Bangladesh condition.
∎ 2. Develop the strategic plan, present seed business situation, future business dimension and forecast about seed & Fertilizer business in Bangladesh.
∎ 3. Prepare annual seed & Fertilizer business budget, policies, profitability and return on investment.
∎ 4. Responsible for execute the business development, market development, supply chain development.
∎ 5. Responsible for foreign principal companies, seeds & Fertilizer importing & exporting.
∎ 6. Prepare product trail plan and execute the commercial trail, evaluate the varieties performance and new product sourcing.
∎ 7. Responsible for quality local seed production, monitoring and execute the seed drying, cleaning, grading and packaging.
∎ 8. Responsible and coordinate with Government agencies.
∎ 9. Develop the pouch, packet, sticker making and also packaging and deliver the seeds in field.
∎ 10. Responsible for market development, sales, collection, cost & profit analysis, communicate to dealers and buyers.
∎ 1. Develop seed & fertilizer business and implement the business plans, goals, sales, marketing plan, market opportunities identify etc.
∎ 2. Establish the sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region and territories by projection expected sales volume.
