Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position for MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project (MaMoni MNCSP). Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ This position will be based in Cox`s Bazar and require frequent travel to remote areas in order to coach and monitor district/upazila level people and activities. Your office will be located within a government premises i.e. CS/DDFP office, District hospital, Zila Parishad etc.
∎ Contract length: Regular
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience with 3 years in program management, preferably field implementation of maternal and newborn health programs (in case of medical doctors, required education and experience may be relaxed).
∎ Experience of working in a clinical setting
∎ Demonstrated experience of working closely with the government agencies, especially with MOH&FW and experience of working with a large complex multi-partner team.
∎ Understanding of NGO and public sector and national health system issues is necessary
∎ Effective communication skill both in English and Bangla (verbal and written)
∎ Willingness to travel (at least 80% of time) in field areas
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, using of internet
