Job Context:
∎ Abedin Equipment Limited a concern of Group QA is authorized distributor of some renowned brands for Indoor & Outdoor Power Tools, Cleaning Equipment, Fixing System, construction chemicals, Fire Barrier products, Desiccant and others
∎ We are looking for energetic sales leader with a proven track record in direct and corporate sales who should have the expertise to maintain liaison with different industries as well as foreign principals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationship with different industries
∎ Analyzing market trends, competitors business strategy and formulating strategic business plan and forecasting annual sales turnover
∎ Developing action plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
∎ Managing team members and developing their competencies to achieve comprehensive business goals and motivating them to practice ethical standard in every step of life
∎ Organizing events and training sessions to ensure utmost support and knowledge including product awareness among customers, dealers and team members
∎ Utilizing various types of promotional tools to boost up sales and marketing activities
∎ Key Accounts Management for range of products under assigned brands
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years managerial experience in selling construction chemicals & fixing items, Indoor and outdoor power tools in any prominent organization
∎ Excellent in business communication with MS office packages
∎ Agility to maintain public relations with different corporate bodies and industry owners
∎ Excellent team management capacity and facilitating leadership development initiatives for team members
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package would offered to highly deserving candidate
