Responsibilities & Context:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and ERP domain.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of software and ERP solutions for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
