Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage the cutting department staff and operations.
Ensure precise execution of cutting patterns to minimize cutting waste.
Plan and monitor cutting schedules to meet production deadlines.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
