Additional Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the RMG sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manager (Cutting Room) Skilled CAD Software (2D/3D) Expert in Cut Plan and Pattern Marker Design.
Experience with Machinery in the RMG Sector:
Must have hands-on experience and sound technical knowledge of machines used in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.
Experience in Management-Level Roles:
Should have prior experience in handling managerial responsibilities, including team supervision, planning, and coordination with higher management.
Expertise in CAD Software (2D/3D):
Strong command over marker making, cut plan preparation, and pattern design using advanced CAD software.
Strong Communication Skills:
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, principals, and internal teams.
Target-Oriented and Dynamic Personality:
Must be highly motivated to achieve sales goals, meet deadlines, and contribute to business growth through a proactive and result-driven approach.
