Manager (Cutting Room) Skilled CAD Software (2D/3D) Expert in Cut Plan and Pattern Marker Design.

• Experience with Machinery in the RMG Sector:

• Must have hands-on experience and sound technical knowledge of machines used in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.

• Experience in Management-Level Roles:

• Should have prior experience in handling managerial responsibilities, including team supervision, planning, and coordination with higher management.

• Expertise in CAD Software (2D/3D):

• Strong command over marker making, cut plan preparation, and pattern design using advanced CAD software.

• Strong Communication Skills:

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, principals, and internal teams.

• Target-Oriented and Dynamic Personality:

• Must be highly motivated to achieve sales goals, meet deadlines, and contribute to business growth through a proactive and result-driven approach.
